Spanish Language Immersion in Peru: Colorado Mountain College, 2004

Spanish Language Immersion in Peru – Colorado Mountatin College

Travel to Peru and study Spanish language and archaeology. The trip to Peru was held on June 18 to July 10, 2004.

Colorado Mountain College partnered with the LatinoSchools to present a program for language learning that is unique, fun, and adaptable to all ages and Spanish levels. While in Cuzco students stayed with middle-class host families — all within 20 to 30 minutes walking distance of LatinoSchools.

Each participant had a private bedroom, and experienced the Peruvian cuisine at breakfast, lunch and dinner (full board). The cost of the trip was $1,800, which includes the Peru land tour, plane tickets in Peru, hotel in Lima, transfers in Cuzco, lectures, room and full board in Cuzco (with families). The fee does not included airfare from the United States or tuition for CMC credits taken. Check what previous students have to say about their Spanish language immersion experience.
